Discipline Committee

The Discipline Committee of National College for Teacher Education is constituted to maintain discipline and order within the institution, ensuring a conducive learning environment for all students.

Composition:

The Discipline Committee shall consist of the following members:

  1. Chairperson: The Principal of the institution
  2. Vice Chairperson: The Vice Principal of the institution
  3. Members: Two teachers nominated by the principal

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Discipline Committee shall be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining discipline and order within the institution
  2. Investigating incidents of indiscipline and taking necessary action
  3. Advising the administration on matters related to discipline
  4. Promoting a positive and respectful environment within the institution
  5. Reviewing and updating the institution's discipline policy

Tenure: The members of the Discipline Committee shall serve for a period of one academic year. The principal may reconstitute the committee as necessary.
 

Amendments: Rules may be amended or modified by the principal, in consultation with the Discipline Committee.
